Resolved: Defective refrierator!!

Update by user Jun 30, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Whirlpool agreed not to a full refund on the purchase of a replacement refrigerator but to 50% refund. While I still feel that is not satisfactory, it is somewhat of a compromise. Defective product should come with a full refund and replacement. The only recourse I have now is to never purchase Whirlpool products ever again! And to discourage others to do the same..
