I was planning to cancel the subscription before the trial ended but it didn't let me, even after i would cancel it would still show up as if i didn't. The next day it said that i am paying for the full year membership for doulingo plus. This is absolutely atrocious and wrong of you to do. I would like a refund to my purchase ASAP as the "purchase" was only made less than 24 hours ago.
