I just joined Duolingo.com and love the Ukrainian language program!! However, I'm VERY annoyed that there is no way of contacting a live person via phone, chat or email. Your useless plethora of so called answers to my question about contacting you is of NO help!! I happened to find your email address via a search on Google. When I signed up for 1 yr of Duolingo Plus, I thought I was signing up for Duolingo Plus. Why are you asking for MORE money when I added another language?!! Do I need to pay more money for studying another language? Again, your FAQ was useless..... User's recommendation: While Duolingo makes language learning fun, customer service does not appear to exist!
