pipe busted in foundation, notified HB Thursday night that my room and bathroom were flooded. HB cam out and nothing was done, plumbing contractor came and stated they have to dig to fix leak. City had to turn water off Friday morning to stop running water. Today is Tuesday the following week and no one has approved the Bid for the work and no one has answered my constant messages/calls. My kids and I have been in and out of hotels. No communication, no urgency, this is ridiculous. User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
