TRY ANOTHER COMPANY. Havenbrook Homes is about the money and the rent increases are exorbitant.

I have been renting from Havenbrook Homes since 2016. My rent started around high $900's and is now over $1000.00. After not getting an early start at looking at houses, I was also facing a deadline to prevent having to renew a current apartment lease. While, I made a bad choice in the house I selected, I am much more knowledgeable in what to look for in houses and what to pass up. It is now time for me to renew my lease, and this will be the last year. My current rent rate was increased by $115.00, my new rent amount will be over $1100.00. I AM DONE WITH HAVENBROOK HOMES!!
