Original review updated by user May 25, 2021 Everything is circular without an answer. There's nowhere on the website to complain or ask for help. The help suggestions don't work and put you in this ongoing loop of search for answers that don't come. When I finally, (off of the website) find an email to ask for help, I'm given the same location that I'm writing to find the answer. In other words, back into the circular no answer loop. How does one get actual help? User's recommendation: Find a site that has a help department that verifiably works.
