Update by user Mar 07, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. THE CEO CALLED FROM PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE AND HD US BOTH ON SPEAKER MY MOM AND MYSELF THEY ARE GOING TO FIX THE PICKUP MY MOM OWNS..IT WAS A MISUDERSTANDING ON SOME IFORMATION THAT THE AGENT DIDNT KNOW SO MY MOM DIDNT KNOW..
