Update by user Aug 03, 2021 Nobody contact me yet about issues , just know I won't fly with them again Original review posted by user Jul 03, 2021 I would like a refund because they give us a run around about why my flight AA 4280 was delayed, and I had to stay in the airport for 12 hours due to you all delaying my flight because I miss my connecting flight. No one knew if my bags made the old flight because you all send me email telling me my flight was changed. And NAS airport print me a new receipt and told me to show the airport in Miami, and they would print my new boarding pass for my new flight schedule. So I'm hoping my bags turn up in BWI soon. This was very unprofessional and make me don't want to fly with AA again. User's recommendation: No I wouldn't off this experience.
