Cannot get a hold of a real person

I go around in circles trying to get a real person on the phone. The phone number on the letter they sent me doesn't give an option to enter an extension number. I have emailed, faxed, called and left a phone number to get called back, and sent a message through their website. Going on a month of NO contact!! Their website doesn't work just loads and loads and loads on the covid assistance page. I've tried every browser! The information on their automated system doesn't match the information they sent me via mail. HOW DO YOU GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE TO TALK TO!!! User's recommendation: THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE.
