I received my first month statement and wanted to establish payments from my checking account. The statement had a customer number to call, in doing so the merry go around began, it first said that they recognized my phone number and to submit the last 4 of my ssn I did as directed the reply was that it did not recognize my ssn I called again same answer, I then called another number you have listed, same answer, I then called the 3rd number that was the collection dept. finally got a live person on line, she was very please and directed my call to the proper department, I was put on hold and waited for about 15 minutes, at this point I became a very pissedconsumer and terminated my call. My payment is due in may and I suggest that your company send me an email at anthonydlu @***.com In order for me to establish a payment system. My loan number is0056729**** the last four of my ssn is 1105 I will provide the additional details when I receive your reply. My point here is when someone wants to give you money you should make it as simple as possible and you should review your phone answering system and if a customer wants to give you money and on the first try has difficulty, transfer his call to a live person. I do like your pissedcustomer feed back, but I had to wait a few days to cool off before I replied.
