This company made my credit score drop 60 points due to their error on reporting my original balance of $341000 the reported as $41000 and balance now $337000 it looks liked my mortgage jumped 800% due to them falsely reporting the wrong amount. I can't wait to get rid of them unprofessional no one answer their phones. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else worst customer service ever.
