I had bought a power bank which is not working properly, we had filed the request many times but the return was not taken.

We ordered a power bank which is not working properly.. We had made a return request on the second day itself but my return request was canceled, since then we have raised the ticket many times but we are being told again and again that the product was given complete, while we are from this point. agree, Our problem is that the power bank is not working properly from the second day itself after taking delivery. Battery backup is very poor.. User's recommendation: We will not recommend anyone to use it.
