My Order Id is 20660**** and i am order Mop 360 Degree Rotating Mop Stick Strip Mop Multicolor, but a Plastic Cap is delivered. i am not able to file a return of wrong delivered product Two time i raise a Ticket but without any proper comment they closed the issue. Now third time i am raise a same issue. My Ticket ID is 1223****. My seller also not able to help because still in seller account not delivered
