Damaged rim accessories after service

I took my car today to get my tires changed, went around 3 pm picked up my car went home took a nap then headed to the car wash and that's where I realized that they had damaged 3 rims on my Audi s5. Plus 3 caps missing. User's recommendation: Don't go there they will ruin your vehicle.
