I've tried many times to get a refund on services performed there that I had to have fixed by another mechanic. My new mechanic was able to find the problem which was due to Mavis' installation error. The only solution Mavis could come up with was to have Mavis perform the work again (which would have been the third time). I will NEVER visit any Mavis again. User's recommendation: Do not use Mavis, find a local shop you can trust. They are a rip off.
