Can not get tennis channel after I spent 109 dollars

I need to login with my tv provider. it is not on your list. My provider is T - mobile. If I type it in, it won't let me continue. so, I don't get to watch any tennis. I nave this problem only with your station. Please fix it, or refund my money. User's recommendation: don not get tennis channel.
