There is no reason for customers to have to wait long, long times for Washington Gas to answer their phones. They need to hire more operators. In this day and age, they not only have poor telephone AI but they don't seem to have any human employees. It's too easy for companies not to hire people to do the necessary work. User's recommendation: Don't use gas.
