Clean up Premium program
Avast sent me an offer for the Clean up Premium to add to my account. I am not comfortable adding that to my account by entering card numbers on the computer. Since I already have an account with you people (set up over the phone), I don't see why adding the program should require additional information over the computer. Customer service does not know how to handle such a request, failed to help me or get a supervisor to answer my questions. I would like to add Clean up Premium at the sale price of 60% off as advertised. Why is this so difficult? i recognize that your business is over the computer but it is not illegal to still do things by phone. I would appreciate some help.
