I have not heard back/ lost access to my cameras

When I originally bought the Nest products I had a different email that I no longer have access to. I sign-in to reset my cameras and it accepted my email and password but sent me a 2-fact authentication number to the email address I no longer have access to. So I cannot log in and can't access my security cameras. I cannot find out how to solve my problem and they are not responding to my attempts to contact them. User's recommendation: Don't buy this product, you will be on your own if you do!
