Learning 1 Thermostat

I can have my thermostat set at 7076ﾟ when I come home from work and the house is at 82ﾟ I have to go over and touch the nest learning thermostat so that it will turn on and now it will not allow me to to create the app so that I can use it from my phone it just keeps searching
