I have had a case number on a Danby wine cooler that is under warranty Ive only had it for six months and it just died one day and placed a service call on March 30 and was issued a case number still have not gotten a part we finally got to the point where I thought this was going to be resolved and a part was ordered by our local service provider Danby provided a tracking number and since Monday, 24 April The status of the tracking number on UPS is label created check back tomorrow. Totally incompetent people at Danby and theyve become very non-responsive this is a six month old wine cooler and they are doing nothing tover 30 days User's recommendation: Don’t even think about buying from danby.
