Endless waiting on the phone. I did everything that they asked of me to get access - I got the medallion signature from our bank on a letter. I mailed it to Computershare - they deny receiving it. Now mind you my firm has been trying to gain access to these shares for at least over a year. Two other people before me have tried to get access to these shares. I also asked to speak to a supervisor I was informed that it would take 3 to 5 days for the supervisor to call back. business. days.
