Right Cars Orlando – HORRIBLE RENTAL EXPERIENCE

This is the WORST CAR RENTAL experience EVER!! My booking made it seem like I could pick my car rental up from the airport directly, but it turns out I was to wait for a shuttle that supposedly ran every fifteen minutes. I waited an hour for a shuttle to come get me and the customer service number on the website never puts you in contact with a real person. Seriously, I called every number out there for this company. It continues to play the same message over and over again no matter which number you click. Once the shuttle finally arrived, I then waited in line at a car rental place attached to a bus stop for 45 minutes with the worst customer service ever. I was forced to pay an additional $50 for tolls (which I never ended up passing any) and put down a $250 deposit which I can't get back from the car rental place because I can't get in touch with a real life human. So overall, I ended up paying over $350 for a car when I could have walked up to Enterprise directly and paid less. I was given a different car than I booked because they didn't even have any of the cars I requested. The Jetta I was given was dirty and had stains all over the seats. They handed me keys and left me in the lot to find the car on my own, which it wasn’t even there so they had to go get the car from somewhere else. It was a busy Friday night and they only had two people working the counter, one girl was trying to leave work and leave the guy on his own when there were at least twelve people behind me in line still. I was told by the people at the counter that when I returned my car on Tuesday morning, someone would be there two hours before my flight to accept the car (my flight departed back to Atlanta at 9:15 from Orlando). They were CLOSED. I had to move a cone in the parking lot and park the car myself. There was a very rude woman working at the bus stop side of the building who said I could throw the keys in a drawer behind Right Cars counter myself. I had to walk around the counter which I'm sure I was not supposed to do and leave the keys just so I wouldn't miss my flight. I then had to pay for an Uber since there was no shuttle. I couldn't fill out any paperwork with the company for returning the car. I am so livid about this experience and now am having to dispute the deposit charge with my bank just because I can't get in touch with anyone that works at the company.
