Resolved: Member Solutions don’t feel pity for customers with disability

Update by user Jul 17, 2018 Member Solutions and Ilovekickboxing had agreed to cancel my membership and got a confirmation that my account is canceled. Original review posted by user Jul 14, 2018 Member Solutions is refusing to cancel my membership after disability. I joined iLoveKickboxing in the State of Massachusetts and they used their sales tactic to fool me into signing a year contract through Member Solutions without explaining me that I have up to 3 days from the day I joined to cancel the membership. After going to training several times I started having severe lower back pain and I had to stop going. I have limb length discrepancies and I can only do light exercises like using Treadmill. I never had back pain issues until I started going to Kickboxing and after I followed-up with my personal Doctor he told me to stop Kickboxing immediately until the issue is corrected which might take up to a year. I have provided Member Solutions the Doctor note and the permanent disability released form signed by my Doctor and I but they still denied me. Paying $125 a month and not able to enjoy because of disability. My advice is never sign with any Gym or Health club dealing with Member Solutions as billing company.
