Lack of Warranty/ Customer Service.

Having several problems with my dehumidifier within the warranty period. I called customer service and all you get is a recorded message directing you to leave a message depending on where you purchased item. They Will not call you back and one of their voicemails is not setup. I also contacted cust serv by email and they will not reply. I repeatedly tried to contact them many times to no avail. Now the one year warranty on labor has expired on a $ 350 dehumidifier. They still wont answer their phones. PS and the wifi feature never worked. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY ;( !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
