Over payed for shipping

I paid for two-day shipping and still haven't received the shoes I ordered. I called and was told it was delayed if that was the case I would like to get at least some of my money back for it not being expedited shipping User's recommendation: Make sure there is no delays before you order and pay extra to revive early.
