Customer service all circuits are busy try again later emailed them stating the problem wanted me to call them and gave me an extension number only problem is all circuits are busy. I sent a picture of the humidity sensor showing how it was corroded and the reason for sending the picture because of course all circuits are busy was told that would void warranty this is not stated in the warranty section. Can't find parts anywhere online.Buy User's recommendation: Buy a product from a different Company in the end you will have piece of mind knowing if you have a problem at least you may have a chance of getting it resolved.
