Refusal of company to respond

Opened up box, which showed no damage, when it finally got to us after several weeks of waiting. Read instructions and the filled unit with water to try it out. Luckily, I had it sitting on the counter by the sink. The water immediately started coming out of the bottom of the unit. Within less than 5 minutes all the water ran out of the unit. I inspected the bottom of the cooler but could find nothing. Tried again with the same results. I have contacted the company three times with no results or even a contact from them. I asked for a new unit or a refund. Now, I cannot even find any way to contact them again. I am out $89.00 and just want my money refunded. User's recommendation: Quality is unreliable and company is disreputable in backing their product.
