You take 300.00 from me and can't tell me where my package is. I finally get a tracking # that sends me to some other site not fedex. The only way you get help from this company by saying you are buying a new machine. If you are have a problem then good luck. I have called for 2 days. I am giving up. I don't care if I have to wait 7 day's, I just want to its coming and when. User's recommendation: give up.
