Better service than initially
Our boiler was not serviced at the scheduled appointment time as the technician NICOR sent wasn't certified to work on boilers. He said he arranged for someone to come yesterday. We waited all afternoon and no-one arrived. I called this AM to complain and waited on hold for 15 minutes instead of 45 and the person was able to reschedule our visit for Friday with a certified person (hopefully) and apologized. Apparently the original service person never properly rescheduled our visit and had reported the work as completed. The person on the phone needed to talk to the service department but did so promptly. As a result they were able to reschedule the service at a time which will not cause us to take time off work.
