Lousy Appointment Service
Scheduled for heater, AC appointment between one and three today. Rec’d Robo call on Sunday reminding me of this appt., and telling me there must be someone over 18 present, or they would cancel. No one showed by three, called Nicor and after being put on hold for ten minutes, was informed their tech would be 1 1/2 hours late. Asked to speak to a supervisor, again put on hold for ten minutes. Supervisor unable to explain what happened. Unbelievable that no one called to explain there would be a delay. Nicor had no problem during the Sunday call telling me what I had to do. Have to question the company attitude and lack of quality of the service I am paying for. What a *** way to run a business. Still waiting for a supervisory call back
