Even after canceling the subscription, they keeps charging on me

I used to have a good image of Chegg, but when I canceled my subscription and stop using it, even after that Chegg keeps deducting charges from my account every month, from that day I was really frustrated from that day. I even send the email regarding this, but they didn't even consider my email. And keeps start deducting my money. Thanks, Amit Singh
