After a 300 mile day, contacted Best Buy for their ink. Shelves almost completely depleated and no hope of refill for ink. Have them call Staples,and staples said they had color XL and indicated that they had black too. DROVE 20 more miles to pick up and Staples did NOT have ink. Infact no ink in upper Northern Part of Colorado and expensive to boot. Called walmart, office depot... no ink for their product. USELESS COMPANY. User's recommendation: Don't buy their printers.
