Account Issues continuing

Hello, Earlier this week I had an issue with my account crossing over with two different emails and apparently somehow created two accounts. Your customer service rep was kind enough to resolve this for me. However today when I tried to order something I am unable to sign into either account and will not work on the app work on my laptop. Can someone please contact me. I would like to order something today before it is sold out. Thank you.
