I sent my computer that had a broken hinge to HP tech that had been repaired before when under warranty. computer fine otherwise. After weeks of calls and excuses; I was told they couldn't repair and computer had broken screen, keyboard, battery. I received a destroyed computer. I complained to service rep. and a supervisor who insisted the computer was received in that condition. Dishonest, incompetent.Do not trust HP tech support User's recommendation: Do NOT trust HP tech service.
