Refund not forthcoming

I sent an item back within 24 hours of receiving it, I have the proof of postage, received an email saying I would be refunded but it could take several days. Now 2 months later, no refund and they are asking for my bank details, odd or what. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Hewlett Packard on line sales.
