My dad bought this brand new during the pandemic and unfortlenty he passed away in March 2021 this system was never opened until 5/15/21 and when I set it up for my daughter and tuned the system on the left 1/2 of the screen has long colored lines in it and I feel I should have this replaced under warranty free of charge as this could of happened during the packing of the system thank you User's recommendation: Don't buy Hp.
