I have repeatedly tried to reach the customer service folks (login assistance) but am getting absolutely nowhere --- they don't appear to read what I write. When I tried to call the number on the website, it now says they no longer provide phone customer service. ???? I'd previously had excellent service with orders, products, deliveries --- what happened to this company??? User's recommendation: Beware .... proceed at your own risk.
