Broken Watch after repairs

I bought my watch Graham for $3,500 approx 5 months ago. The watch came broken so I sent it back. The repairs took over 2.5 months and the watch came back last week. The original problem seems to be fixed but they broke the watch movement so it doesnt work properly. I have been calling ToMo but no one answers. I fear that I wasted $3,500 now. I dont want to give it back for repairs again, I want a NEW WARCH or credit for it. So far I have purchased items at ToMo for about $15,000+ so this is especially even more than an insult to me. ToMo NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Disgrace. User's recommendation: Never.
