This GOVERNment funded Program is a FRAUD!! They give the applicants a run around as well as the CONTRACTORS. Members have paid membership year after year yet to enjoy HOMEOWNERSHIP. Contractors after completed work on homes after an APPROVED INSPECTION FOR COMPLETION OF WORK.. STILL TO GET THE RUN AROUND PAYMENTS. THEYrU User's recommendation: CONTRACTORS run... unless you're looking to do FREE WORK!!!
