Disputes of charges and report lost card

I have been trying for two weeks to report my card lost. Automated system says high call volume and says to call back later. I spoke with rep regarding disputes of bad charges. She then told me to call back Friday ( 4 days ago) to report is lost so I can be sent a new one!!! I never received paperwork regarding disputes to sign and send back with copy of my ID..
