My brother had WellCare prescription insurance. It was paid up till the end of 2020. My brother passed away on September 1, 2020, and now WellCare is telling his estate they cannot refund the balance of his policy even through they have admitted they have received all the proper paperwork showing his death and the executor of the estate. They always have an excuse why they will not refund this money. Now they have said to contact his checking account bank which was placed on hold on September 2, 2020, and has been closed. Now I will have to hire an attorney to go after WellCare. Stay far away from this company. It was hard enough losing my brother, and now they are cold-hearted User's recommendation: Stay far away from this company. Very dishonest.
