LastPass has lost 10 years of passwords!!!!!!

LastPass could care less about Customers I had been using LastPass for the past 10 years with no problem. I received an email from them saying that unless I pay a monthly fee I would no longer be able to access from more that one of my devices. I was away from home and attempted to access a password from my cell. I was immediately locked out of my account and can no longer access anything. I am so ticked off. No one at LastPass will respond to my request for assistance!!! User's recommendation: Forget them.
