It was reported to store management in the store at Kohls in Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801. They only said they were sorry it happened. The Kohls Corporation compensated me with a 100.00 in Kohls cash after I had to tell them just how terrible my ordeal was there in the dark for about 10 minutes having to feel my way out of the blackness.
