Ordered (1) pair of denim jeans from American eagle, paid $20 extra for overnight shipping. That was on the 18th of February. It is now the 26th and customer service refuses to refund me untill I wait (10) more days?!!! All they say is, sorry, we sent you and email with a coupon code for 20% off your NEXT order. Are you kidding me? So I would have to spend MORE money and wait forever again on whatever I ordered? NO THANK YOU. First time ordering with American Eagle and I WILL NOT be back! User's recommendation: Be aware of their crap customer service just in case anything goes wrong with your order.
