Promises of delivery that never happen – customers services have you spinning in circles, they haven’t got a clue

Parcel not being delivered when promised. 5 different delivery dates with no show. Customer services rubbish. One agent will tell you one thing, another something else. Will tell lies to keep you on edge. Disgusted with anything and everything regarding this horrible company. User's recommendation: keep away - if having goods shipped from overseas, make the company does not use UPS.
