Constantly late, terrible service, employees must hate their jobs. It's never the same diver. Drivers seem angry and not helpful will leave packages in the rain. Tracking is not updated on a regular basis. Automated attendant is worthless as you have to repeat yourself 4 &;;;;;;;;;;; 5 times. It takes a minimum of 5 calls to reach an actual person. User's recommendation: Complain a lot.
