The first time, I received a notice that my package was delivered and it wasn't so I tracked the package and was delivered somewhere in Louisiana and I'm in Ohio, I was told the tracking number was wrong. Now a couple of weeks later another package was supposedly delivered but it was delivered to a neighbor up the street and luckily she brought it over to me the next day. Very frustrated.
