So the tracking info wasn't updated for 11 days as it continually stated "awaiting package." Sender confirmed FedEx did indeed have it. On the 12th day it stated "delivery by 9pm," which I knew wasn't going to happen as the package was in NJ and I live in MA. On the 13th day it said "delivery pending" as the package was still in NJ. On the 14th day it arrived in PA, still with a "delivery pending" message. It's day 16 and there have been zero updates...package apparently still in PA with no movement. It User's recommendation: If you have a choice, do not use FedEx.
