Couldn’t talk to a real person

I feel like the situation could have been easily handled if I could have talk to person in the warehouse where my package had been hold up for 4 days. But everytime I tried to called that particular fed ex in that particular town I got the general nationwide machine that told me my package was located and there was nothing more to do... well duh.. I know where it's at, but why has it been there for 4 days... anyways that particular package is holding back my entire business and I had to request a refund for the product and repurchase.. all because the robot. Wdont use fed exould let me talk to the branch. re User's recommendation: Don't use fed ex .
